INSIDE THE HOVERDISC?The HoverDisc can be filled with air or helium.
(HoverDisc is not recommended for use in windy
conditions). If you choose to use
helium outside make sure it is not windy. Your
HoverDisc may float away. Many of our customers prefer to use a mixture of helium and air so the hovering magic will work. Experiment with different ratios of air and helium to see what works best for your game.
WHERE DO I GET HELIUM?
Most florists, card, grocery and party stores will
fill the HoverDisc for you. Most toy and chain stores
carry small disposable tanks of helium that can be
purchased. If you plan on handing out many Hoverdiscs at a party then consider renting a helium tank so you can fill up your hoverdiscs as you need them.
The HoverDisc has a one-way smart valve that lets
air or helium in, but not out. The HoverDisc
can stay inflated for over three or four weeks
depending
on usage. The one-way smart valve also allows
you to top-off or refill your HoverDisc over
and over
again. If for any reason your HoverDisc loses
some air or helium, simply refill. We've
included a plastic tube that can be used for
refilling with
air. Helium tanks also come with an inflation tube. When you want to store your hoverdisc you can deflate it so it can fit in a small space until the next time you need it.
CAN IT BE USED OUTSIDE?
HoverDisc can be used indoors or outdoors. When
playing with the HoverDisc outside make sure
that it is not
windy.
WHAT IF MY HOVERDISC GETS PUNCTURED?
If your HoverDisc should tear or be punctured, simply
use clear or packing tape to patch the hole. Once
the hole is patched, simply refill with air or helium.
